Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Chinese merchant segment is one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic sectors in European e-commerce today. As these merchants continue expanding their footprint, they require a proactive partner to navigate the complexities of cross-border commerce and seize emerging opportunities. In this role, you will take ownership of this segment, serving as a vital stakeholder in expanding partnerships and driving strategies to amplify success in this growing market. This is an exciting time to join the team and contribute to unlocking the vast potential within this market. With steep growth opportunities on the horizon, you’ll be at the forefront of driving meaningful impact in the global team. Whilst this role will mainly focus on the Chinese segment, scope might be broadened to other segments as we continue to grow and expand our footprint.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

You will be the main driver of commercial and operational excellence across our key accounts in the Chinese segment, working cross-functionally to streamline and enhance our service offering further. By combining strong collaboration with commercial, product, tech, and operations teams, you will spearhead efforts in creating a superior experience for both our merchants and their customers.
