HOW YOU CAN MAKE YOUR MARK

As an L&D Advisor in the corporate Learning & Development team in Boskalis, you will make your mark as a strategic partner for the various divisions within Boskalis. You advise and support (HR) management in solving diverse development and talent challenges. Also, you collaborate with other advisors in global expertise teams within our ‘learning areas,’ such as leadership development, team development, coaching, traineeships, and onboarding. You focus on global audiences throughout the organization and combine your partnership with deep L&D expertise.
You play a key role in conveying our vision on learning within Boskalis. You bring innovative ideas for learning interventions and can think both holistically and practically. Your curiosity about developments within the field and your ability to inspire others with L&D best practices are essential. Furthermore, you are skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners.

YOUR QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least a completed HBO/BSc education; fields such as HR(D) and educational sciences are a plus.
  • Extensive experience within an international corporate environment as a Learning & Development Advisor or a similar role.
  • Current knowledge of the L&D field.
  • Strong skills in project-based work and functioning within small teams.
  • Conducting thorough analyses and translating them into concrete recommendations, plans, and execution.
  • Quickly build a relevant internal and external network.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in developing global learning journeys, blended and digital learning, and learning technology.
Responsibilities
  • Interpret complex development challenges and translate them into effective learning programs for specific divisions and target groups within the organization.
  • Engage in close collaboration with stakeholders such as business managers and HR managers.
  • Utilize your experience and vision on L&D to come up with innovative ideas.
  • Build deep L&D expertise in specific areas.
  • Work intensively with other L&D advisors, coordinators, and specialists.
