As a Learning and Development Consultant f/m in DuPont you will focus on supervisory/management development and be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading training programs that align with our business goals. This role involves collaborating with external providers and leading various projects to enhance the management capabilities of our workforce.
You will also have the opportunity of working with the regional HR team to lead HR projects across the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.

JOB RESPONSABILITIES :

Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do:

Program Development:

  • Design and implement comprehensive management development programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify management skills gaps and develop targeted training solutions.

Vendor Management:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with external training providers and consultants.
  • Evaluate and select external vendors for training delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.

Project Leadership:

  • Lead and manage L&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Engage with regional HR teams to lead HR projects across EMEA and Asia Pacific, which will cover a variety of subjects.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Develop metrics and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on L&D initiatives and their impact on management performance.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with HR business partners and senior leadership to align L&D initiatives with business strategy.
  • Facilitate on-line workshops and training sessions, engaging participants to foster a learning culture.

Continuous Improvement: St

  • Stay updated with L&D trends, tools, and techniques, integrating innovative approaches into management development programs.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational corporation.
  • Experience in designing learning & development programs is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the EMEA region is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
