GLOBAL LEGAL & HR MANAGER

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Global Legal and HR Manager.
The Global Legal and HR Manager will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance, managing the legal matters of the EDA Corporate Group and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate law, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to handle complex legal matters with minimal supervision.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bsc Degree in Law or J.D. Degree
  • MA or BSc in Business Administration will be considered an advantage
  • Outstanding communication skills (fluent in English)
  • Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in a business environment
  • Availability to travel
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage legal policies, procedures, and documents
  • Research and analyze legal issues and advise management on the legal implications of their decisions
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to management on all legal issues
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings and hearings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel and other legal advisors
  • Oversee regulatory and compliance matters
  • Responsible for overseeing the human resources function across multiple countries while ensuring compliance with local, national, and international employment laws
  • Design and implement global HR policies and programs aligned with business objectives
  • Standardize HR processes across countries while accounting for local labor laws and cultural differences
  • Oversee expatriate management, including work permits, visas, and relocation processes
  • Review the training and development programs designed by each respective local HR Managers to build leadership and technical skills
