THE ROLE

We’re looking for a data-savvy and commercially minded Global Logistics Performance Lead to elevate the efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of MPB’s international logistics operations.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role, responsible for analysing logistics data, optimising courier performance across the UK, EU, and US, and delivering measurable cost reductions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about using insight to drive smarter logistics operations, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be at the heart of our logistics ecosystem—turning complex data into actionable improvements and leading courier performance projects from discovery through to implementation

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Own courier performance data across all global regions (UK, EU, US) and maintain accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
  • Transform insights into impact by identifying inefficiencies, reducing costs, and supporting informed decision-making.
  • Analyse and model cost impacts using Excel, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
  • Review courier contracts, invoices, and rate cards to uncover savings and anomalies.
  • Deliver logistics initiatives end-to-end—from discovery and planning to stakeholder alignment and results tracking.
  • Present risk assessments and findings clearly to senior stakeholders and teams.
  • Solve courier-related issues (e.g. failed deliveries, late-in-transit) with structured problem-solving methods.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Monitor courier KPIs and proactively manage risks and escalate issues.
  • Maintain documentation like the Courier Service Matrix and stakeholder updates.
  • Track and respond to delivery-related NPS trends to support improvements in customer trust.
