This is your unique opportunity to join our global logistics team as we are currently looking for a Logistics Consultant with a focus on Manufacturing Logistics We Offer An exciting, high-impact role at the heart of our global logistics organization. You’ll join a center of excellence focused on continuous improvement, lean thinking, and cross-functional collaboration—working closely with factory logistics teams. The role is to automize supply chain operations like warehousing and transportation of materials. It encompasses optimization and automation of our material handling systems, including AGVs and fleet management platforms. This role is pivotal in driving manufacturing logistics automation strategies, standards and guidelines on a global scale to secure operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing safety across our logistics and manufacturing operations. The role will be based in CEE, near our production sites in Poland, Hungary, Slovakia or Czech Republic, and involves around 30–40 days of travel per year across Europe and the US. What You’ll Do Ensure global standards on Warehouse automation, and on MHEs, AGVs and Fleet Management Systems, including the on-site implementation and compliance Analyze current usage of material handling equipment and AGVs to identify inefficiencies. Configure and fine-tune fleet management systems for real-time tracking, predictive maintenance, and route optimization. Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate AGVs with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and IoT devices. Ensure seamless communication between AGVs and other automated systems to support synchronized operations. Establish KPIs for equipment performance Lead cross-functional projects to deploy new AGVs or upgrade existing material handling infrastructure. Ensure all systems comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Implement protocols to minimize risks associated with autonomous vehicle operations What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related field. Solid experience with leading automation in manufacturing and warehouse logistics A background in factory and warehouse operations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English (other languages a plus). A proactive, self-driven team player who thrives in a matrix setup and is willing to travel 30–40 days per year.
