Qualifications To join our Global Management Trainee Program, here’s what you’ll need: You’re on track to graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in time for the program kick-off in September 2026 and ready to start full-time. You bring fresh perspective, with a maximum of two years full-time professional experience. You communicate fluently and confidently in English. You connect with our values and can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced culture. You’re adaptable, curious, and open to new experiences. You have a passion for global business and show strong cross-cultural awareness.
