Make a difference as Head of Enterprise Architecture As Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will lead and continuously improve the architecture capability and team at Enza Zaden. You will: Define and implement an enterprise architecture strategy aligned with our I&D and company strategy Ensure that all IT and digital transformation projects contribute to the future-state architecture, maintaining reference architectures, principles, and roadmaps. Lead the implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise architecture processes and capabilities. Lead the architecture board to evaluate solution designs and enforce architectural standards. Manage, develop, motivate, and coach a team of Information Architects, and coach business and Information & Digitalization (I&D) colleagues in architecture practices. Stay current on architecture trends ensure insights are shared within the team and represent Enza Zaden in external platforms You will report to the Vice President Information & Digitalization and are part of the I&D Management team. You will lead a team of 4-5 direct reports and collaborate with internal and external partners and stakeholders. What you bring as a future colleague University-level education (Master’s degree). 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in leading IT Architecture. Broad knowledge of architecture practices and information analysis. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Collaborative, engaging, and change leadership abilities. Experience leading teams and coaching colleagues across levels. Preferred certifications: TOGAF, ArchiMate. You are a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership skills. You enjoy guiding others, communicating clearly, and taking ownership, combining your technical depth with a passion for team leadership and organizational impact.
