WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field;
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a senior, global leadership role;
  • Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and procurement governance;
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex, politically sensitive supplier networks;
  • Expert knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and e-sourcing tools;
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Analytical mindset with strong financial and commercial acumen.

As our new Global Procurement Manager, you will be at the helm of our worldwide sourcing strategy - shaping supplier networks, negotiating high-stakes contracts and ensuring our procurement delivers measurable impact. In this senior leadership role, you’ll have the autonomy to make strategic decisions that influence our entire organization.
    As Global Procurement Manager, you will lead procurement activities across multiple categories, setting and executing the global category and sourcing strategy. With full strategic autonomy, you will shape procurement priorities to meet evolving business needs, delivering cost savings, risk mitigation and supplier performance improvements. This is a high-impact role, operating in a complex, multi-domestic environment with high-value and high-risk supplier networks.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

The main focus of this role will be on category management and source-to-contract:

  • You define and drive global category and sourcing strategies. You set, approve and implement enterprise-wide procurement policies and plans.
  • You manage global supplier relationships, building and maintaining partnerships to ensure quality, compliance and value delivery.
  • You lead global contract negotiations, securing agreements that meet business needs while ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
  • You manage global procurement teams. To this end, you coach, develop and inspire procurement professionals across the globe for high-level performance.
  • You engage stakeholders worldwide. You align procurement priorities with business objectives and manage expectations at senior levels.
  • You champion continuous improvement by optimizing procurement processes, introducing best practices and ensuring transparent performance reporting.
