The Kraft Heinz Global Manufacturing Traineeship Program: This Program is a functional program at our factories for graduates seeking an exciting leadership career in the manufacturing environment. We are looking for high-performing, ambitious, and creative individuals who are ready to lead the future of food and beverages. Throughout the program, Trainees will hone their understanding of our business through factory rotations, collaborate across the business to grow our iconic brands, and learn how to build their own legacy. Our Global Manufacturing Trainee Program includes: Intensive, hands-on onboarding focused on our Operations and Supply Chain functions Training in the Kraft Heinz Manufacturing Excellence Program, and a range of other foundational business training - i.e. Lean Six Sigma You will spend your first rotation completing a factory-based efficiency/productivity improvement business project where you will apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to obtain your Yellow Belt Certification The second rotation will consist of taking on a factory Team Leader, a Continuous Improvement Lead, or a Process Owner assignment, where you will develop a deep understanding of our manufacturing processes whilst also strengthening your leadership skills Throughout the program, Trainees can also expect regular opportunities to meet with our Global leaders; receive mentorship from previous trainees; collaborate with trainees around the world; and enrol in learning experiences to help you grow as leaders. You’ll also work closely with our commercial Trainees within the Kraft Heinz Trainee Program as well as our Zone Technical Experts Training & Development – Strong personal & professional development including technical training, leadership experience, regular mentorship, and senior leader exposure Basic Qualifications: University Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduated on or after 2025. A Food Science,Engineering, or Supply Chain major is preferred. Graduation certification is required before September 1, 2026. Responsibilities

Trainees will complete factory rotations and work on efficiency/productivity improvement projects. They will also take on leadership roles to deepen their understanding of manufacturing processes.
