Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Global Market Research Manager to join ADM Animal Nutrition. In this newly created role, you will lead efforts to collect, analyze, and model economic and market data impacting the animal production and feed industry worldwide. You will help quantify the economic impact of nutrition inefficiencies, animal robustness, welfare, and sustainability issues, providing insights that drive strategic decisions and fuel ADM’s global growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, and evolve economic models covering global and regional trends in feed, premix, and additives production and trade.
  • Track and forecast animal protein demand, integrating variables like end-consumer expectations, farmers’ margins, input costs, and market volatility.
  • Develop and maintain a continuous market survey, capturing key insights across species, geographies, and customer segments.
  • Quantify economic opportunities and gaps across ADM’s customer base and the broader industry, considering regulatory shifts and market disruptions.
  • Support project assessments by evaluating the economic potential of innovations and business cases within ADM’s R&D pipeline.
  • Build and maintain internal tools (e.g., databases, dashboards, Power BI) to share actionable insights with senior stakeholders.
  • Communicate findings clearly and effectively to top management and cross-functional teams, enabling data-driven strategic alignment.
