Responsibilities

Marketing Automation Ownership: Implement, configure, and continuously refine our marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Marketo).
Ecosystem Integration: Collaborate with IT, Data, and Compliance teams to maintain robust CRM integrations, tagging framework, and data flows.
Tool Evaluation & Scaling: Assess new MarTech solutions, pilot proof-of-concepts, and roll out best-fit tools globally.
Governance & Standards: Develop playbooks, naming conventions, and compliance guidelines to uphold consistency and data quality.
Enablement & Training: Create user guides, host onboarding workshops, and provide ongoing support to regional and country teams.
Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and drive regular reviews to inform continuous improvement.
