Description

Join our Strategic Marketing department as a Global Marketing Campaign Manager.
We are looking for a Global Marketing Campaign Manager to join us in the Strategic Marketing department at Sartorius. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication plans for campaigns in collaboration with business stakeholders from digital, product, content, content, regional and segment marketing to ensure a unified marketing message. You will execute strategies to enhance content performance, adoption rates of materials and buyer group engagement across marketing channels. You will also oversee budget allocation, ensure sustainable investment, and create performance reports to inform future initiatives.
The team consists of 5 professionals, and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you.
This position is available full – time and based remotely in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing marketing communication strategy and the year-round action plan of campaigns
  • Introducing new products by implementing product positioning, messaging, application, and workflow positioning
  • Execute segmentation strategies to drive content performance, and engagement across the entire customer journey utilizing internal and 3rd party channels
  • Partner with the content, digital, regional operations, product and segment marketing teams to ensure consistent communication across all marketing touchpoints
  • Work closely with both regional and segment marketing to ensure high adoption rates of the materials developed by the global marketing communications team and, consequently, successful local implementation
  • Responsible for budget allocation with the fundamental goal of sustainable investment
  • Create and share reports that outline the impact of marketing communications activities on business performance, and provide lessons learned and implications for subsequent marketing initiatives
