The Global Marketing Coordinator supports Interwell’s commercial goals by delivering impactful, on-brand marketing across markets and channels. The role focuses on turning strategy into clear, consistent brand experiences, from events and digital presence to merchandise and marketing materials.   Responsibilities span global brand consistency, event and exhibition support, digital and social media, and high-quality marketing delivery across regions.    This is a one-year maternity cover offering the opportunity to own projects, collaborate with international stakeholders, and gain experience in a global organisation.     * Relevant higher education in marketing, communications, or similar  * 2–5 years of relevant experience  * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and related design tools is an advantage  * Experience with HubSpot is an advantage  * Strong communication skills in English and Norwegian  * Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong collaboration skills As Global Marketing Coordinator, you’ll bring our brand to life across markets and channels, turning strategy into impactful, consistent experiences. You’ll drive global & local event execution from planning in HubSpot to hands-on support, manage our branded merchandise program, and ensure every touchpoint reflects a strong, unified visual identity. From creating compelling design assets to shaping our social and digital presence, you’ll play a key role in keeping content fresh, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.
