Our product is in Phase III development for blood pressure lowering in resistant / uncontrolled hypertension and expanding across cardiorenal diseases by the potential for a fixed-dose combination with a best-in-class medicine for treatment of CKD and heart failure. The program is supported by an expansive clinical program, including major Phase III outcomes studies that aim to demonstrate our product provides both blood pressure reduction and organ protection in a single treatment option. Accountabilities The Global Marketing Director will lead the strategic development and execution of HCP and patient-centric strategies and programs focused on Hard to Control Hypertension. There is an opportunity to work across the franchise to support the commercial development of the robust lifecycle spanning 7 indications across 7 clinical trials over the next 7 years. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the cardio renal landscape, patient needs, and innovative approaches to healthcare marketing. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer, improve health outcomes, and drive long-term relationships with key stakeholders globally, market affiliates, and external partners. Essential Skills/Experience Bachelor’s degree 10+ years pharmaceutical commercial experience Expertise in cardiovascular, renal, and/or metabolic disease areas Broad commercial experience including pre-launch and launch Experience with budget/expense management, business case development and management/communication of brand performance. The annual base pay for this position ranges from $229,000 to $343,000. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.
