About the Opportunity – Global Marketing Leadership in FMCG This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact, market-leading organisation in the FMCG sector as Global Marketing Director. You will lead and elevate all aspects of the global brand portfolio, working with passionate cross-regional teams to deliver category growth, innovation, and business-driven results. Main Responsibilities – FMCG Global Branding & Marketing Strategy Lead the development and execution of global brand strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and local market needs. Oversee the planning, launch, and lifecycle management of new and existing FMCG product lines across multi-national markets. Collaborate closely with regional marketing leads, sales, R&D, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive fully integrated marketing plans. Utilise consumer insights, category trends, and competitive analysis to guide innovation and optimise brand positioning. Manage and develop a high-performing, inclusive marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications valued. Requirements 10+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, with proven leadership in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Track record of managing global or multi-country marketing projects/brands with demonstrable business impact. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, market insight, and innovation orientation. Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are highly desirable. People-centred leader who inspires teams, advocates for diversity and inclusion, and drives collaboration in a matrix/global organisation.
