In this key role, you’ll shape strategic direction, drive portfolio growth, and lead impactful marketing initiatives. Your contributions will be essential in launching groundbreaking solutions and achieving commercial success on a global scale.

Your role involves collaborating cross-functionally, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a high-performing team to achieve business goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing plans, including market analysis, competitive intelligence and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee product management activities, ensuring effective lifecycle management and cost optimization including assortment strategy and supply security in collaboration with Product Supply Medical.
  • Build compelling value propositions and develop brand strategies for consistent messaging across all markets.
  • Recommend and propose an innovation pipeline, including launch roadmap and plans.
  • Develop brand strategy and omnichannel brand activation plans, including digital marketing, to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global and local stakeholders to align and execute marketing strategies.
  • Manage the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and tracking expenditures.
  • Identify trends, customer insights, and competitor intelligence to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Build a compelling value proposition tailored to the various persona and channels relevant for their therapy area, substantiated by relevant clinical and health economic evidence
  • Propose marketing plans for geographic expansion and market access strategy in collaboration with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
