Oversee go-to-market planning including pricing and promotional strategies. Utilize market insights to inform strategy and tactics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for aligned execution. Lead and develop a high-performing global marketing team. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or related field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10–15 years of experience in medical devices, IVD, or diagnostics marketing. Demonstrated success in global product marketing and launch leadership. Experience leading cross-functional, global teams. Strong understanding of regulated healthcare markets. Proven analytical and market-insight capabilities.
