BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The Global Customer Capabilities organization strives to bring new ways of working to better support our patients and customers. The Device Strategy team’s purpose is to empower patients with a simple, seamless injection experience. This position will achieve this purpose through development and enhancement of patient & HCP-focused educational materials for Amgen’s drug delivery devices throughout the product lifecycle. The Senior Manager will lead the strategic development & implementation of educational materials across various brand and cross-functional teams. This role will partner with brands to deliver educational messages to the right consumers in the right medium across key moments that matter. The successful candidate will lead several initiatives to enhance the injection experience that will positively impact patients, their healthcare teams, and Amgen brands.
