Job Overview The Global Marketing Technology & Operations Manager leads the development and management of marketing platforms and systems across GUS. This role covers web development, marketing automation, and MarTech tools such as Salesforce and related integrations. You will manage the day-to-day operations of marketing systems, ensure process consistency, and support the marketing team with the tools and structure needed to execute campaigns effectively. This role blends system ownership, team coordination, and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Technology & Automation Manage core MarTech platforms, including Salesforce, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, and others. Build and maintain automation workflows across email, web, and social channels. Implement and update lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing systems. Ensure systems are connected and data flows accurately between platforms. Maintain documentation and enforce best practices in automation setup. 2. Web Development Oversight Oversee web development activities across Email HTML creation, marketing sites and landing pages. Coordinate with internal developers to maintain Internal web infrastructure. Align web projects with campaign needs, user experience goals, and brand guidelines. 3. Operations & Process Management Manage MarTech operations and ensure tools are used consistently across teams. Create and maintain SOPs for campaign workflows, automation, and web changes. Review and optimize internal processes to improve speed and accuracy of delivery. 4. Project Coordination Lead and monitor projects using Asana or similar tools. Track deadlines, dependencies, and team responsibilities. Provide regular updates to leadership on progress and roadblocks. Proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track. 5. Stakeholder Support & Enablement Act as the main point of contact for tool-related questions and troubleshooting. Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on platforms and workflows. Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure tools are aligned to their needs. Liaise with IT and vendors for technical changes or escalations Requirements Experience in a marketing coordinator or project coordination role, particularly in assisting management with project execution. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field. Strong ability to collect, analyze, and present data to various stakeholders. Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects with tight deadlines. Experience with project management tools and software is a plus. Knowledge of various social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Ability to stay current with emerging digital technologies and incorporate new trends into marketing efforts.
