Alternatively, if the brief is advisory, you will look to analyse the issue, drawing on the Firm's expertise resources, and prepare initial views and advice before engaging with senior colleagues. In either case you will interact with clients and with colleagues from the globe and across the Firm, and will need to be responsive to client needs and open to opportunities to grow your expertise and the business as a whole. Key responsibilities of the role include: Drafting of legal documents and agreements; Review of legal documents and agreements; Contributing to department know-how; Advising clients and preparing formal legal opinions; Leading negotiations with counter parts; and Matter completion and post-closing work This is a full-time, permanent role based in our New York office.
