As a Global Markets Documentation Analyst, you’ll ensure the accuracy of complex financial documentation across global markets, supporting trading desks and driving operational excellence. You’ll be the go-to expert for drafting, matching, and managing post-trade events across a wide range of products, from commodities to equities. Location: Lisbon Main Responsibilities: Draft and validate legal confirmations for Swaps, Options, Forwards, and hybrid strategies using ISDA standards. Review trade bookings and term sheets to ensure alignment before dispatching documentation. Handle post-trade notifications (exercises, restructures, terminations) and resolve discrepancies. Act as the escalation point for documentation queries and client requests. Monitor workflows and ensure regulatory timelines are met. Lead daily team meetings, analyze KPIs, and drive issue resolution. Support and train team members, coordinate operations in supervisor absence. Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Front Office teams across global hubs. Qualifications Profile: Academic Background in Economics, Finance, Law or related fields. +2 years of experience in Banking & Financial Operations or other relevant experience. Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory). Strong command of Microsoft Excel. Client focus & collaboration. Critical thinking. Organization & knowledge sharing.
