Embark on a journey within our Global Markets BU, a dedicated team within our Financial Markets SBU, which accompanies a broad range of clients (domestic and International) through their daily FX transaction services and provide tailor made risk management solutions and investment decisions. We are on the lookout for: Job vacancy: Global Markets Sales Dealer Your responsibility as Global Markets Sales Dealer in the Global Markets BU, you will manage a portfolio of customers by maintaining and enhancing existing trading relationships through the marketing of Global Markets products with the aim of achieving set targets and contributing to the overall strategic financial objectives of the Bank. In this role you will, Act as single point of contact within Global Markets to Corporate clients for all Global Markets products by identifying their risk exposures and recommend the appropriate risk management solutions; Maintain a high standard of customer service in order to increase the Bank's market share vis-à-vis existing customers and widen customer base; Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather information about existing and prospective clients to sustain business growth and manage the profitability of the portfolio; Price and execute all client transactions in the market segment for which responsible Analyse information gathered from different internal and external sources daily to better service customers. To succeed, you will be required to demonstrate the following competencies: Anticipates and adopts innovations in business-building digital and technology applications; consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances; Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals; Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, hight energy, and enthusiam; Understands and applies commercial and financial principles in the evaluation of business practices and processes; Effectively builds formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization. We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of: EITHER A BSc in Finance or any relevant professional and business qualifications; At least 2 years’ experience in analytical environment or coverage team of the bank. OR At least 4 years' experience in analytical environment or coverage team of the bank. AND A professional qualification like CFA/ ACI Dealing Certificate would be considered as an advantage. You will need to demonstrate the following: Good communication and decision making skills; Understanding of the different types of instruments available; Understanding of the dynamics of the Financial Markets and analytical skill; Good marketing and selling skills.
