Job Title: Senior Coordinator, Master Data Management Track / Level / Band:  B / 3 / F Family: Global Master Data Management Function: Support Hubs Generic Job Summary:  The Senior Coordinator, Master Data Management, maintain data integrity thru entering, profiling, cleansing, and researching data to support Customer and Supplier Master Data in Oracle and other systems in use. He/She will Support all business units of Vertiv, Inc. thru: • Entry of new customer/supplier information into dataZen and ERP system • Contribute to data audits to ensure accuracy and reliability of data • Manage and respond to master data questions from the sales and procurement organization   Responsibilities: Areas of Responsibilities  KRA 1: Deliver an excellent and efficient customer service experience through quality work output. · Receive Customer and Vendor creation or modification requests from internal Customers. · Audit supporting documentation for the creation of Customers and/or Vendors. · Update key information required for new entries into the ERP Databases. · Process all modifications requested and supported for customers/suppliers in relevant ERP database. · Maintain tracking of all requested changes through tickets in dataZen and sharepoint. · Perform data quality updates as requested by data quality group and/or data stewards. · Maintain adherence to data process standards, governance, and internal audit requirements. · Continuous adaptation of Master Data processes to meet current business needs. · Respond to requestor issues and provide first level of issue resolution.  · Strive to have requests processed within SLA of one business day and adhere to month end closings for business. · Follow escalation procedures put in place for problems.  · Records and submits periodic and/or quarterly transaction records, log sheets and/or trackers.  · Perform all the above functions within Company policies and procedures. ·   KRA 2: Contribute to improve ways to deliver positive customer experience. · Identifies customer needs through communication and probing. · Creates solutions to customer problems. Provide sound recommendations to their queries. Provides resolution the first time. · Assists customers/requesters in handling, servicing, follow-up, communication, and closure of issues. · Completes workload on time. Monitors if transactions are processed in a timely manner. · Execute implemented error-proofing methodologies to ensure all transactions done are accurately. · Participates in conferences calls, meetings, and discussions with customers. · Adheres to shift schedules and attendance expectations to ensure consistent support to customers and a balanced workload for peers. · Coordinates with other teams/support to complete the request of customers. · Plans, executes, and manages own workload and projects in cooperation with line leaders. · Participates in team meetings. Huddles and information cascades.   KRA 3: Increase engagement by contributing to improve self and team development and effectiveness. · Actively participates in team activities and initiatives. · Fulfill other reasonable duties and projects as required.  · Serves as back-up for next level similar or related function for business continuity.  · Identifies problems areas and sources, offers possible solutions and escalates to line leaders/seniors when necessary.  · Completes personal individual development plan and implements agreed training/development activities.  · Engage in Quarterly Performance Reviews with Superiors.   Decision Making Responsibilities: Follows established routine. Some analysis is being exercised. Decisions are based on available guidelines or precedents.   Education & Certifications:  Bachelor’s degree of any course.   Requirements:  · Good communication skills (verbal and written) · Highly organized, detail oriented, committed to deliver results, meeting multiple deadlines, and able to work under pressure. · Strong Team Effort and Leadership mentality. · Basic knowledge to use of MS Office Software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint Applicable · Basic knowledge of Database maintenance through ERP Interface · Basic knowledge in using Oracle and/or SAP application is a plus.   Years of Experience: 1-3 years  Work Authorization No calls or agencies please.
