Role Overview
The Mid-Market Program Manager for Product Solutions & Delivery is a strategic and execution-focused role, designed to accelerate Kyriba’s growth in the mid-market segment. The person will own the structure and delivery of our solution for mid-market customers, with a strong emphasis on improving bank connectivity, time-to-value, and overall customer experience. This role will work cross-functionally with Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Marketing, while also engaging externally with bank-side product and connectivity teams. The ideal candidate combines domain knowledge of treasury management systems, bank connectivity protocols (e.g. H2H, SWIFT, APIs), and financial data integration workflows with strong program management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

• Shape the mid-market product solution strategy in alignment with the GM, Product Strategy, and market demands
• Track regulatory and technology shifts (e.g. ISO 20022, open banking, PSD3) and integrate them into the solution roadmap Solution & Delivery Design
• Define scalable onboarding, delivery, and implementation frameworks tailored to the mid-market segment
• Act as Kyriba’s internal domain expert on bank connectivity formats, protocols, and solutions for the mid market customers
• Lead simplification and standardization efforts across our mid-market offering

Execution & Cross-Functional Enablement

• Collaborate with GTM & Marketing to align packaging, messaging, and delivery capabilities
• Partner with Customer Success to co-create playbooks, lifecycle programs, and customer health frameworks
• Maintain a continuous improvement loop informed by internal feedback and customer outcomes

Bank & Partner Engagement

• Serve as lead contact for mid market product and connectivity teams at banking partners
• Troubleshoot integration roadblocks in coordination with external and internal teams

Performance Tracking & Governance

• Establish and monitor key metrics: time-to-value, activation rate, implementation consistency
• Feed insights into the broader mid-market strategy to ensure the solution remains aligned to the needs of the segment and can be delivered efficiently at scale.

Candidate Profile

• Strong program or project management background in SaaS and/or fintech, in particular within the mid-market customer segment (e.g. low-touch delivery frameworks)
• Experience with bank connectivity protocols (e.g. SWIFT, Host-to-Host, APIs) or treasury integrations
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, PS, and CS
• Excellent communication and structured execution capability in fast-paced environments
• Experience engaging with external partners, including banks
