Further, you will ideally:

  • Hold a degree either within Economics, Supply Chain Management or similar education, and have preferably been working with planning and logistics for a few years
  • Possess strong IT skills, with an emphasis on Excel and Power BI tools (training on Power BI will be available if needed)
  • Be comfortable working within a matrix organization, both cross functionally and globally
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
  • Forecasting milk supply, working in close collaboration with our agriculture team in the UK
  • Managing the UK milk pools, matching milk supply, demand and capacity in an optimal way
  • Acting as the coordinating link between production planners, Arla’s milk collection and distribution logistics function and other key stakeholders
  • Prepare material and analysis for the monthly Sales & Operation Planning process
  • Take active part in optimizing our planning overview in Power B
