The opportunity Our Global Mobility Transformation and Assignment Services team is part of an international network of office, and operate on a global basis. This is a hybrid position based in Warrang - Sydney, Naarm – Melbourne or Boorloo - Perth. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Your key responsibilities Client Engagement & Advisory: Build and nurture client relationships while providing holistic advice on assignment policy principles to enhance global mobility programs and deliver high-quality service. Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead both on-shore and off-shore teams to manage and improve the delivery of mobility services, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic value. Risk & Project Management: Oversee mobility advisory projects and proactively identify and manage business risks across social security, employment taxes, payroll, immigration, and tax compliance. Skills and attributes for success Mobility experience: Strong end-to-end experience in Mobility with a solid understanding of technical concepts Mobility Program Leadership: Brings extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services, including in-house and service provider environments. Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrates strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excels in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to engage effectively with clients and teams. Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combines strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions like technology demos.
