What’s the role? You’ll step into the Performance Reward and Governance team and play a key part in supporting our global mobility and local immigration program. You’ll partner closely with the business and our external providers to help manage temporary offshore work arrangements and keep global mobility running smoothly. You’ll oversee global relocations, support visa sponsorship, and make sure tax, immigration and social security tasks are delivered accurately and on time. If you enjoy being the go-to person who helps others navigate complex mobility processes with clarity and confidence, you’ll feel right at home here. What do I need? You’ll be joining a small, fast-moving team, so you’ll need to feel comfortable working with autonomy while handling high volumes and tight deadlines. This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying calm under pressure and keeping things moving even when there’s a lot happening at once. • Experience supporting global mobility in house or through consulting • Knowledge in immigration, taxation, relocations or general mobility support • Ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders • High attention to detail and accuracy • Strong time management and a commitment to professionalism and integrity Why join us?
