As a Global Mobility & Immigration Partner you will manage all aspects of Global Mobility, Immigration, and Tax including working with key internal stakeholders (Global Security, Customer Legal, Corporate Tax, Global Payroll, and Immigration) to assess and advise on relocation and flex travel requests. This is a remote position open to candidates on the east coast of the United States. What You’ll Do: Service as a subject matter expert on immigration matters for EMEA and APAC regions, supporting Americas as needed Support candidate immigration assessments and visa applications Support cross border mobility including International Transfers and Cross-Border Travel Manage employee and business requests through completion, securing the necessary approvals and escalating as required Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including HR, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Tax and Legal What You’ll Need: (5-7 maximum bullet points) B.S./B.A. Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, Law or related field + 3-5 years relevant experience Immediate experience supporting UAE and Saudi Arabia immigration is the highest priority. Working knowledge of global immigration requirements Experience in cross border mobility (Permanent Transfers; Flex Work) Experience working in Corporate Immigration and Global Mobility Experience with WorkDay, ServiceNow, Slack, and G Suite Strong written and verbal communications skills Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to prioritize tasks Bonus Points: (3-5 maximum bullet points) Experience working in a Corporate environment / on an HR team GMS certified Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
