As the company grows and attracts more talent, Agoda seeks to hire a self-motivated, dynamic Global Mobility Specialist to help build our ability to provide high-quality customer service for our employees around the world. We expect the successful candidate to bring prior knowledge, quantitative acumen, and relevant immigration experience to the role. The Global Mobility Specialist plays a critical role in delivering a smooth, reliable, and positive employee experience for new hires and internal transfers relocating into Thailand. This role owns day-to-day immigration operations, supports stakeholders with expert guidance, and actively contributes to process improvement initiatives. Local candidates only In this role, you will get to: Manage and coordinate Thailand immigration process for expatriate employees, new hires, relocation, and assignment into Thailand Deliver immigration services accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with regulations and agreed service levels Advise and support employees and stakeholders on immigration requirements, processes, and timelines Ensure expatriates receive clear, sufficient, and accurate information throughout the visa and work permit journey Proactively manage issues and escalations, involving the right stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution Take ownership of assigned tasks and processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and employee experience Interpret immigration regulations, internal policies, and guidelines to recommend appropriate and compliant solutions Contribute to the development, documentation, and implementation of process improvements and standard workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and authorities to support people services and transformation initiatives Support and mentor junior team members to meet performance and quality expectations Contribute to team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and People team initiatives As part of a dynamic and evolving People team, the successful candidate will have opportunities over time to expand scope into broader employee lifecycle activities, including additional mobility services and global immigration support.
