Description
Manage the lifecycle for relocating employees and expatriates. Subject matter expert and provision of mobility solutions support and advice to HR Business Partners and business units as required. As part of team, assist in Day-to-day management of global and regional management to ensure their service delivery. Support Americas team on regional and global mobility and Immigration projects, including policy reviews and mobility system enhancements. Develop strong working relationships with teams including Payroll, Corporate Tax, Risk, Finance to ensure mobility and tax compliance requirements are adhered to. Support the education and training of HR teams and internal stakeholders across the region to promote the understanding of Mobility policies and processes and keep informed and up to date with new regulations and developments in mobility market trends and share this knowledge with the wider team. At least 2 years of relevant experience working with an established global mobility program Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently to stakeholders. Team player - must be willing to “pitch-in” and assist where necessary. Innovative - the type of person who is continually looking to improve what they do and the way that they do it. Ability to manage their own workload and prioritize what they do.
