Description
Prepare and review individual tax returns for expatriates ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international tax legislation Manage tax equalisation calculations and hypothetical tax assessments for expatriates Monitor and ensure timely submission of personal tax returns and payments Provide tax advisory services to clients regarding international tax issues including taxation treaties, foreign tax credits and double taxation relief Advise clients on tax-efficient structuring of employee assignments and compensation packages Assist in the development and implementation of global mobility policies and procedures Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions Collaborate with clients, HR and payroll departments to gather necessary information for tax compliance Assist in the development of technical training materials and deliver training sessions to clients and internal teams Bachelor's degree 6 months to 2 years of experience in Singapore tax preferred with a focus on individual tax compliance and consulting. Should have working rights for Singapore Prior experience with global mobility tax issues and international tax regulations is highly regarded, but not essential Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
