SUMMARY

Vialto Partners Global Mobility Services team provides a complete range of solutions for organisations deploying staff across international boundaries. This includes strategic consulting in the areas of international assignment policy design and benchmarking, effective mobility management practices, international tax and immigration advisory and compliance services. As a Temporary Assistant, you will be based in the Singapore office and be given exciting opportunities to provide Singapore global mobility services to internationally deployed staff in Singapore across a variety of industries. This will also be a springboard to develop your consulting and advisory competencies.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your day to day responsibilities will be varied, and may include:

  • Client Portfolio Management: Collaborate closely with the team to oversee and manage an exclusive portfolio of clients with globally dispersed employees.
  • Tax Service Delivery: Assist in delivering a range of tax services to clients which includes preparing and submitting tax returns for both employers and individuals, developing tax minimization strategies, and identifying tax planning opportunities to reduce tax liabilities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong client relationships through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Day-to-Day Support: Provide essential team support by handling day-to-day client work, i.e. correspondence, document management, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Government Liaison: Interface with government authorities, such as the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board, for document submissions and compliance matters.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist the team with administrative tasks, ensuring strict adherence to risk management and data handling procedures.

QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or tertiary education
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Excellent academic achievements with strong involvement in co-curricular activities
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Analytical, agile and adaptable to change with a positive can do attitude
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player, a keen learner with a sense of accountability and ownership of work
