Responsibilities:

Global Mobility/Total Rewards Analyst will support the design, implementation, and administration of global mobility and other various total rewards programs by ensuring compliance, consistency, and competitiveness. This role involves analyzing mobility policies and total rewards programs, facilitating international assignments, and providing data-driven insights to optimize employee experience and business outcomes. Additionally, this position will oversee the development and administration of various Total Rewards initiatives, including health, wellness, and financial benefits, employee perks, and rewards.

  • Support the end-to-end process for international assignments, permanent transfers, and business travel. Coordinate with HR, payroll, tax, and legal teams to ensure seamless transitions for employees. Assist with cost estimates, assignment letters, and relocation benefits administration.
  • Track and ensure compliance with global immigration laws, work permits, and visa requirements. Laisse with external immigration vendors and legal teams to manage applications and renewals. Maintain up-to-date records of employees’ work authorization status.
  • Support the development, implementation, and communication of global mobility policies.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance the employee experience. Ensure policies are applied consistently across different locations within Americas region.
  • Support various Total Rewards initiatives to enhance the employee experience at LIXIL Americas. This role will focus on developing, administering, and improving Total Rewards programs, including gym reimbursement, perks, OC Tanner, special events, and wellness initiatives.
  • Administer and enhance existing Total Rewards programs while identifying opportunities for new initiatives.
  • Recommend, develop, and implement wellness programs to promote employee well-being.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on the progress and effectiveness of wellness initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of program materials, including promotional content, and effectively communicate employee wellness opportunities via newsletters, websites, and internal social media.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in wellness and Total Rewards, leveraging networks and resources to enhance offerings.
  • Explore and implement strategies to personalize programs, driving employee engagement and participation.

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work without constant supervision.
  • Track record of successfully implementing new programs.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Ability to apply core competencies in working with both internal groups and external vendors.
  • Ability to understand business needs and transform into workable programs.
