Working closely with our Private Office network in London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai, this role supports the strategic coordination of a global group of Partners and Senior Fee Earners who work with significant private clients and their real estate portfolios.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Head of Global Private Capital with the operational management and onboarding of network members
  • Coordinating quarterly calls, meetings and global conferences
  • Acting as the go-to contact for our global team members around the network
  • Facilitating cross-border client opportunities and referrals
  • Collaborating with marketing, research and PR teams on key client strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Helping deliver UHNW client engagement strategies (Next Gen, Entrepreneurs, Family Offices, etc.)
  • Representing the Private Office in presentations to Wealth Managers, luxury partners and collaborators
  • Supporting global events such as The Wealth Report and high-profile client dinners
  • Contributing to the evolution of our pitching materials and bespoke proposal content
