Description
We are looking for a GTM Manager to join monday’s global GTM team and lead our revenue growth across regions, segments, and motions. You’ll own the end-to-end GTM motion for new accounts, from strategy to execution with cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Enablments, CS). About The Role GTM Strategy & Execution Own GTM strategy for new customers across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise. Define and refine ICPs, buyer personas, and value propositions based on data and customer insights. Lead GTM plans for new verticals, regions, and product launches. Run experiments on new GTM motions and scale successful plays. Growth & Sales Enablement Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Partnerships to drive pipeline and revenue. Improve lead qualification, handoffs, and conversion across motions. Build and deliver GTM assets such as messaging, plays, demos, and ROI stories. Support sales teams with deal insights, enablement, and feedback loops. Data, Insights & AI Track and analyze pipeline health, win rates, and GTM performance. Lead win/loss analysis to sharpen positioning and competitive strategy. Drive AI-powered GTM and sales initiatives to improve efficiency and deal success. Requirements 5+ Experience in GTM, Sales, or Marketing in a SaaS or product-led company. Experience in working with enterprise customers and internal executives. Proven ability to drive growth and scale new business. Strong understanding of revenue, pipeline, and growth metrics. Highly data-driven, comfortable working with insights and experimentation. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product. Strong communication and storytelling skills in English.
