Job Description Join Syngenta and shape the future of HR operations through innovative process excellence and transformation. The Operational Excellence Lead will drive the design and execution of our operational excellence strategy, leveraging design thinking, Lean Six Sigma, and agile methodologies to optimize processes, enhance service delivery, and build organizational capability across HR Services globally.
