The Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated Operations Associate to join Flexport’s Europe BQI team. This role is key to improving shipment and client-level financial performance while shaping the future of logistics. You will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where process improvement, standardization, and automation are at the core. What You’ll Do ● Improve accuracy and timeliness of quoting, invoicing, and revenue management. ● Identify automation opportunities and leverage low-code tools to streamline workflows. ● Partner with Product teams on updates and feature rollouts. ● Own reporting and drive performance across financial and operational KPIs. ● Conduct audits, identify gaps, and implement improvement initiatives. ● Support client escalations and ensure financial health. ● Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and mitigate risks. What You’ll Bring ● 1–2 years’ experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. ● Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment. ● Fluent English, German and excellent communication skills. ● Interest in process automation, low-code tools, and continuous improvement.
