As operations expand globally, Straightcurve is seeking a Global Operations Coordinator. They need someone who thrives on accuracy, structure and the pride of being the operational “glue” between suppliers, warehouses, freight partners, systems, and commercial teams. What You’ll Be Doing A hands-on operations role where you’ll keep global supply chains moving, launch new regions, and support teams across seven countries. Keep Systems Tight & Accurate Maintain the inventory system as the single source of truth Keep stock, sales orders, and fulfilment data clean and accurate Troubleshoot discrepancies and escalate where needed Run the Day-to-Day Operational Flow Monitor OTIF performance and supplier accuracy Track freight, warehousing, and fulfilment costs Align freight timelines with sales plans and stock levels Support Global Expansions Set up logistics, freight flows, and warehouse operations in new markets Configure and validate SKUs for product launches Ensure each new region is fully operationally ready before going live Liaise with Suppliers & Freight Partners Act as a primary point of contact with key suppliers Coordinate shipments, documents, lead times, and warehouse receipts Admin & Sales Support Support the Global Sales Manager with operational/admin tasks Maintain CRM and sales data to help the commercial team move quickly Who You Are You’re solid, reliable, and switched on. You bring strong fundamentals, a curious mind, and the ambition to take ownership quickly and confidently.
