Location placement options for Dallas Metro & Phoenix Metro include the following cities based on business need:

Job Description & Program Overview

INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW:

Our Global Operations Development Program is a 10 week internship designed to provide you with a unique experience based on your interests, development opportunities, and current business needs. This program is open to participants who are pursuing a Bachelor’s or bachelor’s direct to Master’s degree. You will be involved in a variety of activities designed to foster teamwork, influencing, leadership of processes and/or projects that will drive results and demonstrate Bank of America’s vision and culture.
The role you take on may be across each GO business or location, but every intern will have the opportunity for robust learning through additional trainings, professional development, networking events, volunteer activities, speaker series, and more! During your 10-weeks with Bank of America you’ll strengthen your key skills and competencies to help jump start your career and make a real impact on our business from day one.

What are we looking for?

Education:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or bachelor’s direct to master’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Graduation date between November 2025 - August 2026
  • Work experience 0-3 years
  • Minimum 3.2 GPA preferred
