Align, the makers of Invisalign ® is looking for a Global Operations IT Internship. This exciting new role would be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry. The Global Operations IT Internship should plan and deliver technical support to the Digital Workplace organization. You will work closely with our IT Operations Teams as well as various Engineering teams to drive support model and workplace efficiencies. This internship will be part of Align Technology goal to deliver the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign®) to our customers. In this role, you’ll need …

Typically:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, or an affiliated field.
• Basic written communication, analytical, research, interpersonal and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to read SOPs and work instructions.
• Self-motivated and flexible with the ability to work effectively and independently in a dynamic problem-solving environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this internship, you will…

• Assisting end users in their daily requests, by managing a in SNOW Platform and limited to incidents, service requests, onboardings and offboardings.
• You will be promoting Knowledge content for end users’ instructions in SNOW, this will be done via KB Articles.
• Work closely with other team members to balance the workflow and mitigate high peaks.
