For our Motion Services Division, we are seeking a visionary and results-driven global leader to head our Operations function, shaping the strategic direction and execution of core operational processes across all Business Lines. This pivotal role defines and drives the global operating model, ensuring excellence in quality, continuous improvement, enterprise architecture, and service delivery. As a key member of the leadership team, you lead cross-functional teams, set global standards, and enable consistent, customer-centric operations that support long-term business success.
As global Operations Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the Operations function across all Business Lines, with a mandate to define and implement a unified operating model that ensures consistency, efficiency, and excellence. The scope includes the strategic development and governance of core and common processes, tools, and ways of working, encompassing areas such as quality, warranty, continuous improvement, process development, enterprise architecture, delivery performance, productivity, information systems architecture, and master data management.
You set and drive the global operations strategy in close collaboration with Business Lines, establishing clear targets and KPIs to measure performance and progress. You play a critical role in supporting the execution of operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational excellence.
In addition, the position is accountable for setting standards, capabilities, and policies for the MOSE division, establishing guardrails and frameworks that promote consistent customer experience and streamlined operations. It also includes the development of processes that enable scalable, high-quality service delivery.
To ensure compliance and operational integrity, you lead audits of core processes across business lines and local units, verifying adherence to license-to-operate requirements and identifying opportunities for improvement.
