• You plan, implement and monitor improvement projects for supply-chain-management ensuring consistency with company strategy and goals.

• You assess and implement state-of-the-art automation & digitalization potentials in both direct & indirect SCM functions.

• You are the main contact person for our global production site network ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• You define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables by collaborating with site managers and IT project leadership.
• You align with our global production site heads business requirements and ensure their incorporation in the new system landscape.
• You monitor project progress and address any deviations promptly. If any projects risks are identified, you also develop mitigation strategies in alignment with all stakeholders.
• You coordinate change activities, including communication plans, training, and user adoption.
• You guide local SCM functions in defining continuous improvement site agendas in terms of safety, quality, service and costs.

Your Profile - What do You bring as Global Operations Process Expert (f/m/d)?

You obtained an university degree in business economics, engineering, industrial engineering, information technology, business informatics, or a related field.

• You bring several years of experience as Consultant or Project Manager with SAP configuration expertise, ideally in Chemicals/Process Industries.
• You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• You have excellent conceptual and communicative abilities and you are results-oriented.
• You have knowledge of SAP. It will be a plus to be familiar with CRM and PLM systems as well, especially on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• You are solution-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy collaborating in global, intercultural teams.
• You are business fluent in English and German and are willing to travel approximately 30% of your time.
