As a Global Operations Specialist, you’ll work at the core of our 24/7 international service team, supporting B2B customers and transport partners across the world. Your profile What You'll Do Support customers and transport suppliers across the globe. Perform quality checks and assess booking details. Communicate in a professional and empathetic manner via various channels. Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements. Collaborate with international teammates in a fast-paced environment. What You Bring Fluent English speaker; additional languages are a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with rotating shifts (including evenings and weekends). Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent Dutch HBO-level thinking/working). Team spirit and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Why us?
