Plus500 is looking for a Global Social (Organic) Lead to take ownership of our global social organic presence and scale it to a level we have never achieved before. This is a key role in the Marketing department, with full responsibility for planning, building, and executing a global organic social operation - both strategically and hands-on. If you're a top-tier operator who knows how to build scalable systems, and move fast while staying close to the content - You might be a good fit. Responsibilities Lead the global organic social strategy and execution across multiple markets and platforms Manage and activate agencies, creators, local partners, and an in-house team member across key regions? Operate hands-on daily, creating and publishing content at high velocity Build and execute social plans for new markets & languages (US, LATAM, UAE, Indonesia, Japan, and more) Launch and grow presence in new platforms and communities (e.g., Reddit, Discord) Develop and scale Thought Leadership initiatives, mainly on LinkedIn and X Work closely with Paid Marketing teams and influencer activity ,ensuring alignment and impact Recruit, mentor, and lead local Social Managers Establish clear workflows, processes, communication rhythm, and social KPIs Requirements Proven experience leading global social operations Strong combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution Experience working with agencies, creators, and distributed teams Deep understanding of social platforms, formats, and audience dynamics across different regions Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel and deliver at a fast pace Native / near-native English - advantage
