Position Summary The Global Outreach Accounts Coordinator manages international partner accounts with a focus on commission processing, payment accuracy, and clear communication. This role ensures that partner activity is documented, verified, and processed in alignment with internal policies and timelines. The Coordinator reports directly to the Assistant Director of International Outreach, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Senior Director of Global Outreach. When not processing payments, the Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the department, including marketing material inventory management, inbox and calendar management, updating reports, and assisting with event planning. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong written communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Account & Commission Management Oversee international partner accounts across the commission lifecycle, including student enrollment verification, eligibility, and agreement terms. Coordinate payments, invoices, and banking details with accuracy and confidentiality. Maintain audit-ready documentation aligned with SOPs and compliance standards. Track commission status, resolve gaps, and ensure timely processing with Student Accounts and Finance. Communication & Issue Resolution Serve as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries related to payments, documentation, and account status. Resolve issues promptly by coordinating with internal teams and providing clear updates. Align internal and external stakeholders on timelines, deliverables, and expectations Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of communications, invoices, payments, and account activity. Prepare regular reports including status updates, payment summaries, and partner activity Support data integrity across systems and ensure information is updated consistently. Administrative & Team Support Manage departmental marketing materials inventory, inboxes, calendars, and shared documents Support reporting, trackers, and day-to-day operational needs Assist with light event planning and logistics Provide general administrative support to Global Outreach team Relationship Management & Cultural Awareness Communicate effectively with international partners, adapting to diverse cultural contexts Build professional relationships while maintaining clear operational boundaries Project Support Assist with cross-functional projects, including process improvements and documentation updates Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in international relations, business administration, communication, accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in detailed reporting, record keeping, or financial/administrative workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command of English. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with partners from diverse cultural backgrounds. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Preferred Experience with mail merge tools. Experience generating reports or managing data in spreadsheets. Familiarity with CRM or student information systems (e.g., Slate, HubSpot). Experience handling financial documentation or payment workflows.
