A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE As the Global P&C Sr. Onboarding Supervisor (Reliever), you will lead a team of Onboarding Specialists to ensure that Onboarding Policies are well-executed and new hires have a positive onboarding experience. To be specific, you will: Work closely with Talent Acquisition team in monitoring the collection of pre-hire and post-hire employment requirements of new hires. Address issues and flag concerns relating to completion of pre-employment requirements. Constantly review and assist in ensuring that the correct contract is in the HCM Tool. Audit the signed contracts in alignment to the type of contract to be issued to the new hire. Understand profiles and onboarding requirements of each campaign/account. Ensure that results of Pre-employment Medical Exam (PEME) and Background Verification are coordinated with Talent Acquisition team. Monitor the completion of requests for new-hire accesses such as employee log in credentials to the email system and/or system/client tools, or proximity card accesses, etc. Lead the team in the utilization of HCM tool for Onboarding new hires. Understand the onboarding process across other regions and support them in onboarding new hires as needed. Support organizational and government audits as needed. Ensure on-time response to P&C tickets. Propose process improvements and lead projects that will enhance the onboarding experience of new hires. Perform other tasks as necessary.
