JOB SCOPE AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

We’re seeking a Global commercial and customer-centric Partner Success Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving partner-customer retention, contract renewals, and channel partner success for the US and EMEA Region. You’ll be the strategic point of contact for a portfolio of channel partners to support the success indirectly for their customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from SAI360’s solutions while identifying opportunities for growth and long-term partnership. This role should be based in the EST time zone and be willing to work flex hours at least 2x a week to accommodate EMEA partners.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Must reside in Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise level Account Management, Customer Success, or Channel Management in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of managing renewals and driving customer retention
  • Experience working with channel partners or indirect sales models
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), customer success platforms, and data analytics

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required with the ability to work within all levels of an organization.

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, the base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 plus opportunities for bonuses or commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
