Join ESP Global Services as a Global Payroll Administrator and help ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery across the UK and over 23 international locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid UK payroll experience who’s looking to grow into the global payroll space — we’ll support your development every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

  • Run and review in-house UK payroll, ensuring full compliance and accuracy
  • Collaborate with international payroll providers to ensure timely and correct processing across EMEA and other regions
  • Support pension submissions (UK, Ireland & Netherlands) and end-of-year payroll processes
  • Manage and resolve payroll and benefit queries from employees
  • Maintain and update detailed payroll checking procedures
  • Assist with payroll data reporting and liaise with Finance to ensure alignment

What You’ll Bring

  • Essential: 3+ years of experience in processing UK payroll
  • High proficiency in Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent communication skills
  • A proactive, service-focused approach and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Confidence working with internal teams and external partners

Desirable but Not Essential (We’ll Help You Learn!)

  • Exposure to international payrolls
  • Experience with ADP payroll systems
  • Background in financial reporting or accounting
