GLOBAL PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - READING (CENTRAL) - HYBRID - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - £150 - £175 PER DAY

My client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Global Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately process payroll on a monthly basis
  • Maintain payroll records, including employee data and payment details.
  • Ensure compliance and sign off for transactions.
  • Manage payroll deductions, benefits calculations
  • Handle employee queries regarding payroll, ensuring timely and clear communication.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate employee records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management, auditors, and relevant authorities.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and assist in year-end financial reporting.
  • Manage pension contributions, bonuses, overtime, and leave calculations.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Administer Pensions
  • 7 payrolls including UK, Ireland, IOM, Bulgaria, Romania, Malta and Canada.
